Referring to your letter of the 22nd November, I am

directed to state that you have failed to exculpate yourself

to the satisfaction of His Excellency the officer Administer-

ing the Government, who has accordingly directed that the

question of your suspension shall be brought before the Execu-

tive Council.

2. The matter will be considered by a Committee of the

Council in the Council Chamber at 10 a.m. on Wednesday the

29th November, when you are required to appear. You may call

such witnesses as you may desire.
